Located in Toronto, the 50,000 square foot facility is capable of producing in excess of 100,000 square feet of quality controlled vinyl covered gypsum panels each eight hour shift. Our in stock vinyl fabrics are reviewed on a continual basis to ensure a wide choice of patterns/colours and availability.

The use of the Envirowall demountable partition system offers many advantages versus fixed drywall partitions, namely:
Installation time is 1/3 the time of conventional drywall. Pre-finished gypsum panels eliminate the need for taping, sanding, priming, painting and/or wallcovering.
The dust and debris associated with drywall construction is virtually eliminated when using demountables.
Demountables are re-usable. Future renovations will see a high reusability factor for panels and trim. Typical drywall construction cannot be reused, sending demolished partitions to landfill.
Demountables require less tradespeople to install and co-ordinate.
The quick, clean and “quieter” installation associated with demountables make them less obtrusive and disruptive for any future retrofits.
Demountables on raised floors are a much cleaner install than drywall.
Demountables can be installed directly over carpet.
Pre-finished gypsum walls require less maintenance than painted walls after installation. Painted walls require more frequent touch-ups thereby increasing V.O.C. emissions in the occupied space.
Envirowall aluminum door frame system
The Envirowall aluminum door frame system is designed for use in both demountable and standard drywall partitions. It is cost competitive to both hollow metal and wood door frame systems and offers the added benefit of being pre-finished.Frame installation is done after the demountable or drywall partitions have been completed thereby minimizing the risk of product damage. ENVIROWALL offers its aluminum frames in 3 throat sizes: 3-1/2″, 4-5/8″ and 4-7/8″.
